Handicapped Requirements & Codes

When the need arose to make this home handicapped accessible, the homeowners wanted to keep their design aesthetic while adding functionality that would allow ease of movement around the home and outdoor space. Utilizing the relevant Building Code Requirements, a design was created that included a new exterior front façade and entry, a handicapped bathroom, and a new brick walkway to match a new landscape design that allows the homeowner to enjoy their outdoor space with ease.
