New Construction & Renovation “Old World Look”

The client wanted their home to have an “Old World Look” although the space was brand new. This was accomplished by creating a huge new stone fireplace, a custom bar made from stones from the old fireplace, a faux tin cathedral ceiling, and specialty lighting to accentuate the height and volume of the new den. A second floor balcony with wrought iron balusters was designed to connect the existing house to the newly constructed extension and provides a dramatic view of the new space from the master bedroom.
